Purpose of Service

CareBridge Network Network Solutions provides a communication and connection platform designed to link individuals with local support providers and community resources.

We do not provide medical, legal, or emergency services.

For Pregnancy Centers (Partner Providers)
CareBridge Network Network Solutions is a communication and connection platform that helps people find pregnancy support by guiding them to a safe first step (call, text, or form) and routing inquiries to a relevant local pregnancy center. CareBridge Network Solutions creates and manages the outreach pathway and inquiry routing. Partner pregnancy centers provide scheduling, support services, and all client-facing care; CareBridge Network Solutions does not provide medical, legal, or emergency services.

What you may receive (and how it’s shared):

When someone reaches out through a CareBridge Network Solutions call/text/form, we may share the inquiry with the appropriate partner center so you can respond. Shared fields may include name (if provided), phone number, email address (if provided), general inquiry details, the date/time of the inquiry, the contact method (call/text/form), ZIP code or city (if provided), and a simple source tag (for example, the page or campaign that referred the inquiry) to support responsible reporting and improvement.

Data handling and retention expectations:

CareBridge Network Solutions does not sell or rent personal information. We use reasonable safeguards and may use secure third-party platforms to support communication and data processing. We keep information only as long as needed to respond to inquiries, connect people with relevant local providers, and improve communication and outreach, and individuals may request access, updates, or deletion. Partner centers are expected to store inquiry data securely, limit access to staff who need it, and avoid sending sensitive medical details back to CareBridge Network Solutions. CareBridge Network Solutions does not access a center’s internal systems or analytics unless the center chooses to share them.

Operational expectations for centers:

To make routing work, centers agree to monitor inbound inquiries, respond as quickly as possible (same day during business hours is recommended), and notify CareBridge Network Solutions when capacity is limited so routing can be paused or adjusted (“capacity gating”).

Compliance responsibility: Centers remain responsible for clinical decisions and for any handling, storage, or disclosure of protected health information (PHI) within their own systems. CareBridge Network Solutions is a connector, not a healthcare provider.

Consent line for sharing redacted inquiry logs:
“Our center confirms this log is redacted/de-identified (no PHI or medical record content) and authorizes CareBridge Network Solutions to review it only for outreach performance analysis and troubleshooting.”

Assumptions: public-site review only; no analytics/backend access; client roster, CAC, and ZIP targets unspecified.


No Guarantee of Services

While we aim to connect users with relevant local providers, CareBridge Network Solutions does not guarantee:

Outcomes or results from third-party providers
