We were built for the gap most organizations won't name out loud.

CareBridge Network was built specifically to close the gap between pregnancy centers and the minority communities they haven't been able to reach — because we've spent our careers earning trust inside those communities.

Team of Professionals

CareBridge Network was built by two people who spent their careers at the center of urban music, entertainment, and multicultural marketing — not on the fringes, but at the level where culture actually gets made. Over 100 million records sold. National campaigns for urban brands and retailers.

Award-winning work that moved urban audiences at scale, nationally and internationally, for more than two decades.

That is the level of reach, creative intelligence, and cultural fluency behind every CareBridge campaign. But what makes CareBridge different from any other marketing vendor is what Robert and Xochitl Smith were doing at the same time — and never stopped doing.

The other side of the work — Ocala, Florida — 2013

While building careers at the top of their industry, Robert and Xochitl were also showing up every week inside one of Florida's most underserved communities. In 2013 they walked into the fellowship hall of a small church in Ocala — where 80% of children qualify for free and reduced lunch — set up recording equipment with donated food and a borrowed room, and started a summer music program for local youth.

No outside funding. Just a calling.

That program became The Genesis 7 Project — a community network supported by a coalition of local churches that at its peak served 100+ youth every week. Young people from impoverished, single-parent and no-parent homes were connected to trade schools, colleges, job programs, tutoring, and critical social services addressing sexual assault, abuse, addiction, and mental health. Real problems. Real help. And most importantly — young people were led to Christ.

They are still there. Still active in mentorship and community support today. This is not a credential they retired. It is the ongoing proof of who they are and why CareBridge exists.

Why CareBridge and Why Now?

The move to pregnancy center outreach was not a pivot. It was an evolution. When Robert and Xochitl encountered the data — that Black women in America have abortions at nearly four times the rate of white women, and that most pregnancy centers lacked the cultural presence and digital reach to address it — the answer was immediate.

Same people. Same community. Different product.

The expertise, the relationships, the platform knowledge, the cultural trust — everything built over 25+ years of industry-level work and a decade of ground-level community presence — was already there. CareBridge is the infrastructure built to make that access available to pregnancy centers who share the conviction that every woman deserves a pathway to care.

What That Means for Your Center

The Reach to Find Her

Culturally fluent outreach content developed by people who have spent careers inside urban music, entertainment, and advertising — not outside consultants studying the culture from a distance. This is messaging that lands because it comes from people who know exactly how to reach this audience.

The Trust to Connect Her

A decade of real community presence in the same neighborhoods CareBridge targets. Not a marketing strategy — a track record. The kind of credibility that cannot be hired or assembled. When the outreach feels authentic, it is because the people behind it have earned that authenticity over a lifetime.

"We didn't build CareBridge to enter a new market. We built it because we already had everything needed to close a gap that no one else was positioned to close — and we couldn't justify not using it."

Our Role

This started with a conversation we couldn't walk away from.

CareBridge operates as an independent outreach layer. We manage awareness, inquiry capture, and routing — your organization stays fully focused on response and care. We do not replace what pregnancy centers do. We build the pathway that gets more women through their doors.
